Hank Kennedy has been selling Real Estate in Northern Utah for over 20years. Over the years he has helped hundreds of clients realize their goals as they relate to buying and selling real estate. Buying or selling a home is for most people, the biggest investment and also one of the most stressful decisions they will make in their life. For residential customers Hank helps his clients make informed decisions, backed up with the most current market data. Likewise, buying or selling a home can be a very emotional event. Hank has learned to be a good listener and pays special attention to those things that are most important to his clients.

Hank is also experienced in helping clients with commercial and investment real estate. Evaluating properties and structuring contracts so they are in the best long-term interest of his client is the top priority for Hank.

Family:

Hank and his wife Cindi have been married for 25 years. They have two children, Emily, 23, and Trey, 20, and dog, Beau. Hank’s hobbies include tennis, skiing, camping and fly fishing.

Family:

Rick and his wife Tamara have been happily married for 29 years, and, are the proud parents of three children (Ryan, Courtney and Alisha).

You can find Rick mountain biking, skiing, kayaking and trail running when he’s not working.
